1. Scope and confirmation
JEFF sells the services described in your project. Each fixed-price order or tailored proposal must identify the work included, exclusions, deliverables, total price, timing, required materials and revision arrangements. A request for information is not a purchase. For a tailored project, review and explicitly confirm the current, unexpired proposal before proceeding to payment. Changes to scope or price require a new proposal and your confirmation; previous confirmations do not authorize extra work or charges.
2. Pricing and payment
Public Custom pricing labels describe a tailored service, not a fixed price. The payable amount is the USD total shown on your confirmed order. Advertising spend, creator fees, platform charges, hosting and other third-party costs are included only when explicitly itemized and agreed before purchase. Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before payment. These are project purchases, with no automatic renewal or recurring debit. Confirming a proposal does not itself charge you. An order is paid only after the server receives a confirmed payment result; authorization or a closed payment window is not proof of payment.
3. Delivery and start conditions
The project schedule starts only when the agreed start conditions are met, including payment confirmation where required, receipt of necessary materials and access, and agreement on the scope. Deliverables, formats and milestones follow the confirmed order rather than a generic website estimate. Missing materials, delayed customer decisions or approved scope changes may affect the schedule; JEFF will discuss changes in the project conversation. Payment status and service progress are tracked separately. No advertising performance, platform approval or third-party placement is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
4. Revisions, review and acceptance
The confirmed proposal specifies the included revision scope and rounds. Review delivered work in your account and either accept it or describe the requested correction in the project conversation. Work outside the confirmed scope requires a separately confirmed proposal. Closing a payment window, making payment or remaining silent does not mark the service as accepted. Delivery versions and your responses remain in the order record.
5. Cancellation before work begins
You may request cancellation and a refund before service work begins. For an unpaid order, request cancellation in the project conversation; there is no payment to refund. For a paid order, use Support & refunds on the order. JEFF will check the recorded service status and any separately authorized commitments, confirm the cancellation and explain the refund calculation. Any deduction for a third-party cost must relate to a commitment you agreed to in advance and be explained with supporting details.
6. Refunds after work begins
If you request cancellation after work starts, the refundable balance is assessed against the confirmed scope, work already completed and third-party costs you specifically authorized in advance. JEFF will provide an itemized explanation; starting a project does not make the entire price automatically non-refundable. Report incomplete or incorrect work through the order conversation so the remedy or refund can be reviewed. A refund request, approval and completed refund are different states. The payment provider's confirmed refund result determines completion; posting time depends on the provider and payment method. This policy does not replace applicable consumer rights or the payment provider's dispute process.
7. Materials, access and usage rights
Provide only materials and access you have permission to use. Do not send account passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary personal data through project messages. Source files, licenses, advertising-account access, content usage rights and transfer of deliverables are included only as described in the confirmed scope. Existing intellectual property and third-party licenses retain their applicable restrictions.
8. Contact and records
Use the Messages area or the conversation linked to your order for questions, changes, cancellations and refund requests. Include your project or order number. If a support email is published with the seller details, you may also use that address. The confirmed proposal version, price, scope, buyer confirmation and policy text are preserved with the order. Later policy updates do not silently replace the terms already recorded for that order.
